Well, I was able to post "Woman In the Window" after this failed attempt at posting. I managed to post it because I clicked on "Edit HTML" when the weird, scrambled screen came up. It used to be a nice blank screen on which to write, but now that I've updated to Google (which I was forced to do by Blogger for some reason) I have to click on "Edit HTML" in order to make the scrambled screen go away.
